When I saw a photo of Heather Graham at a Hangover III premiere, I had serious fashion envy!  This dress is so stylish, elegant and fresh.  I have always loved the black and white look – if it’s done properly – which Heather shows off  here.

Keeping her hair sleek in a ponytail and a pop of reddish pink on the lips, she is absolutely amazing!!
